Yes Renee they are.  As each week goes by and I post the stats you see a trickle of "solds" compared to the pendings.  Short Sales are a significant portion and the current mortgage market, HVCC etc. provide the rest of the problems.  Our markets are very similar depending on which part of the Bay Area we are dealing with. ~ Doug

Mighty fine blog post to help folks know what is go-en with the home sales in your area. With some of the new red tape, that I've been readen about, that is go-en be go-en into affect soon. Just wonder how must longer it will cause homes to stay on the pending list.
