Jobs in and Jobs out

The last of the GM workers have been notified to get to Ohio in a jiffy or loose all benefits.  They

were give a total of 3 days to make this decision and to report to work in one week.  This has been

a difficult time for many people and hopefully the last wave will accept their destiny and make the best

of it.  The good news is they will have a job with benefits most likely better than what they will find

if they stay.  The bad news is that we may have another batch of new homes on the market in an

already large inventory of homes for sale.  What does that mean to buyers?  Well, I would guess it would

be a good time to find a nice home in still a very nice area.  I know there are people moving into town

to be hired in at the newly constructed hospital.  Good news for Janesville.

If you were just thinking about making that move, this may be the best time!
