19 Comments on WooHoo! I decided to JUST DO IT!!!
Hi Shriley, I tried Weight Watchers for a little while, but lost motivation. I have all of the information though and it's a great way to lose weight along with exercise! Lots of luck to you and keep at it!
Just do it is NIKE saying--maybe you have a sneaker deal on the horizon?
Last Fall, I decided to make changes. Simple ones. I gave up junk food. I gave up processed foods or stuff in bags and boxes with ingedients. I ramped up fruit and vegetables. There's no sugar for the most part. Almost 30 pounds have fallen off just trying to give up junk and sugar and processed stuff. That's my WooHoo, too!
Congratulations, Shirley, for having a plan and sticking to it. I'm sure both you and your husband will be grateful for the added good health and pep weight loss will bring.
Good for you!!! Let us know how it goes!!
Shirley - Congratulations
We love Whataburger. Ceil says she can eat them everyday so I'll be sure to tell her. Keep up the good work.
Howdy and evenin there Shirley

Congratulations! Isn't that a WONDEFUL feeling? Weight Watchers has been around a long time and has helped millions of people, so you know you're doing it the right (healthy) way. :-)
WOOHOO Shirley!! That is wonderful news. Losing weight is not easy--or should I say deciding to lose weight is not easy? Congratulations- you did it and 20 pounds in less than 2 months is just amazing!
CONGRATULATIONS!! We started a low carb diet and my husband has lost 20 pounds also. I have found we are eating much healthier also.
Good for you. Please keep us posted how things are going.
I am so proud of you! That's a great weight loss for that period of time!
I agree with Cheryl Ritchie. Cutting out all the sugar, processed foods, fast foods and junk foods will help one lose the weight.
I have started walking and trying to build up endurance to run as well. I have watched what I am eating now. I haven't weighed myself yet, too scared to do so. hahahaha
Good Job! It's not easy to lose 20 pounds, you must have really stuck to it.
Hello Shirley and congrats and do your best to stick with the program and here is a little reminder for you ..... featured at one of the "Happiest" groups at Activerain .......
HAPPY AT ACTIVERAIN
We are all "Happy" for you!

Shirley - Congratulations on the weight loss! Twenty pounds in two months is absolutely huge! I've been dieting and swimming, but haven't lost but a very few pounds in the last few months. I suspect that it's because my fat has turned to muscle. . .I do seem more toned - less fluffy:-)
Good for you, Shirley! Since my husband bought a Canon Rebel camera a year ago, I take it on my walks with me. It encourages me to go on more walks, and even longer walks, and I'm actually down to my college weight -- 30 years later!
I love Whataburger. My husband is from Texas, and he introduced me to Whataburger in 1994 when he took me to San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Kingsville.
Good for you Shirley and the best of luck to you! I have a couple of friends who are part of Weight Watchers and love it! Have a super weekend.
