I have designed my business to cater to Realtors. I know how important it is to have your listing be inviting at the point potential buyers are driving up to the property.

I can do my best to schedule the service to coordinate with your showings and open houses. Spring is buyer season and if your listings need that special TLC, I would love the opportunity to give them that competitive edge over your competition. If not at this time, for future business.

Take advantage of my Realtor special:

$120 per month with service weekly. 

If you prefer an "as needed" service, the fee is $35 per service (3/4 acre or less)

Homes that are vacant or unkept for too long the initial charge is $140 (for obvious reasons)

Please feel free to print and pass on my flyer to other Realtors in your office or to your clients that can use my service.
