Pullman WA Buyers: Ask A Thousand Questions!

By
Real Estate Agent with COLDWELL BANKER TOMLINSON

The process of buying a home is stressful, overwhelming and sometimes, long.  Please ask a THOUSAND QUESTIONS if you need to.  I recently told this to a First Time Home Buyer.  During the process many questions arise as Buyers start the process of buying a home.real estate questions, real estate, pullman wa homes

Many times, Buyers are hesitant, almost not wanting to seem ignorant when writing up a contract, and buying the home of their dreams, but it is crucial that they take the steps needed to become as informed as possbile.  REALTORS need to offer their assistance with concerns and/or questions often.  The more time that passes and the relationship is built, the more comfortable Buyers become with asking questions...but the beginning of the deal is the time to set a good foundation.

There is so much paperwork, Buyers tell me.  There is a lot of paperwork and what they are signing has many implications to the outcome of the deal.  In addition, there is much to learn abou the lending process and with new, more stringent guidelines in place, BUYERS need to ask questions.  ASK A THOUSAND QUESTIONS IF YOU NEED TO.  Your REALTORS and Lenders are there to assist you every step of the way!

I always go through a purchase agreement with buyers so when they do find a home they like they don't find writing that offer so intimidating.

Greg!  Thanks for the comment.  There are so many questions...throughout the process, don't you think?  Have a great rest of the day.
