During a very energetic and eye opening coaching session with my coach, Ron Patulski , from Performance University (http://www.performanceuniversity.org/faculty.html) we got to talking about the Keller Williams Mission (and mine) which is stated as "Careers worth having, businesses worth owning and lives worth living." I started to consider, would most Realtors in our community make that statement about their own career? I would love to think so. But I am not sure they would. I think that many of them might, if offered another job with a paycheck, would quit selling real estate.
Why is that so? Why are so many Realtors not making ends meet? Why do so many Realtors feel frustrated and exhausted? Is it the Market? Gary Keller teaches that this is a market of opportunity. Then why isn't the vast majority grasping that opportunity.
Please understand I don't profess to have the answers for you. I think I know the correct path and what must be done and that is why I have chosen it. I chose Keller Williams because it works for me. I understand the opportunity that Keller Williams offers me, through their teaching, their technology, their tools and most importantly a culture of caring about-
