WANTED!!!!! Shippan Point Property Under 1 Million!!!

I have fully qualified buyers who are very anxious to buy in Shippan Point.  They were bidding on a short sale but that fell apart because of the seller.  While they were waiting, they bid on a home on Downs Ave, they went over asking and still got out bid.  If you know of anyone thinking of selling in this range, please let me know asap!!!  They want a house now!!!!!  Or at least a contract for one.
