How to Avoid Frustrated Clients...

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with REVStaffing

All realtors have them, as a VA (Virtual Assistant) I have found by working with many different realtors that the main complaint is LACK OF CONTACT!  Simple fix, but if you as a realtor are making money... WHO HAS THE TIME! Time is a fickle friend for the top producing realtor, there never seems to be enough of it when you REALLY need it.

Most realtors have programs that will help them send weekly reports to clients to keep them up to date on what is going on with their investment in you.  Yes in YOU! They chose you for a reason, and as such one must remember one works for them.  They have given you, what is for most sellers... their highest money investment of their lives, their homes!

In a realtor's busy life it is easy to lose focus of this and all have done it at one time or another. My suggestion is use your marketing programs to their fullest, happy clients bring more clients and the snow ball effect begins! It the realtors that remember this that are at the top of their game, that it is a simple but vital part of their business... keep the clients informed.

Good communication is important in all business relationships.  When sellers don't hear regularly from their Realtors they turn to speculation.  That can lead to a breakdown in trust, making the job much harder when an offer comes in.  Even if there's no visible activity, it helps to explain the marketing efforts that are being made to expose the property to the marketplace.
