Good news for Wheaton home sales.  The month of June brought about a $22,000 average sale price increase over June 2006.  The average Sale Price to List Price ratio has also gone back up to 97% (from 96% in the month of May 2007).   

June 2007 saw 57 homes close.  That is an increase over the 52 homes that closed in May.
