Boat ramp access area is just a block away, so bring your boat, jet skis, and other water toys, or simply enjoy GREAT fishing off the dock for Crappie, Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Redear Sunfish, Sauger, Smallmouth Bass, Spotted Bass, Striped Bass, White Bass and Yellow Perch.
The house is fully furnished, including linens and towels. The living room is equipped with cable TV/VCR/DVD, including additional cable connections in every room. There is a large gas grill and completely equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and state-of-the-art washer and dryer. This is a non-smoking home, but we are DOG FRIENDLY for moderately sized, well behaved dogs.
The setting is peaceful and serene. This is the perfect place to get away and relax. Enjoy walking the neighborhood in safety and without traffic. Downtown Chattanooga is approximately 40 minutes by car. A bird-watching paradise is right outside the porch screen with over a dozen bird feeders for your viewing pleasure.
