Make up your mind that you will achieve your dreams and focus your energy on the activities that will move you closer to accomplishing your dreams.  

Make a continuous effort in the direction of your dreams and keep pushing forward. As you continue to push forward you will experience study progress in achieving your dreams.  

Have the determination to stay to stay the course and maintain the focus on achieving your dreams.

What's important too is to make sure you define exactly what your dreams are so that you can then start making progress. Saying "I want to be successful" is too vague to really work towards, in my opinion. If, however, you say "I want to sell x amount of houses in 2010", that's MUCH more do-able.
