Lithia is a rapidly growing small community south of the Brandon-Valrico area. Lithia has some wonderful communities to live in. Several are masterplaned comunities such as FishHawk Ranch and FisshHawk Trails. To get to Lithia from Highway 301 go east on Boyette which turns into FishHawk Road. This allows for easy access to Tampa, MacDill Air Force Base, Lakeland, Orlando, area attractions and beaches. This small rural area has undergone a lot of change in the last few years with the development of the master-planned communities of Fish Hawk Trails and FishHawk Ranch, town homes, villas and single family homes with manicured landscapes, parks and recreation facilities. Lithia has a county park, Alderman Ford which features camping and boating/canoeing on Hillsborough River.
