Virtual Tours
If you have not implemented
virtual tours in to your listings you are truly missing out! I have yet to get my elusive
first listing but did some research in to virtual tours and found out some interesting information. Along with the capabilities of virtual tours coincides the ability to create a unique domain name for your listing. I have secured GuamHomes.biz, GuamLand.biz, and GuamApartments.biz for use in marketing my (future) listings at their own unique URL for 24/7 access availability for prospective buyers.

Most virtual touring software and/or hosting companies are going to cost you a pretty penny. Some services offer per month payments, per tour payments, or you just buy the software and implement the tour in to your own server. After some super sleuthing I came across this gem:
FlyInSide.com. While I have yet to use the service they seem to offer
free virtual tours with an amazingly simple layout. Is there a catch? I certainly hope not! Please let me know if you have used this site before or find it useful as I will be implementing it into my own listings and as the webmaster of a few other Realtors websites. If you haven't seen the site before, I hope you find it useful!
I to believe that virtual tours are very inviting to a person who is looking to purchase. Many of the companies I have heard of do cost a lot. I have not see what flyinside can do I just visted their site after reading your post. The on thing I do know with anything is that nothing is for free. There will be a limitation on what you can do with the free offer and they will get you to upgrade as a result. No business in the world can give stuff away without making money somewhere at some time.
Take a look at my site www.henrydelangelo.tv click around and see what we have. We offer a whole host of streaming video appliations that goes further then virtual tours and allow you to personally brand yourself. There is a price (customer packages starting at $9.95 per/mo) associated with this as we offer a more robust product. I work with a host of realtors that are using this as relationship building tool to build customer loyalty.
