Yes the California tax credit is still there, but this is the Sellers stepping up to the plate and offering better than the Federal tax credit Renee!

The new buyers can have the whole summer because we can close quickly.  This is a relocation sale.

Can you believe it has not sold yet Alex?  I can't!  We had Open Houses on consecutive weekends and everyone was complimenting the great room and the pool, but no one gave us a written offer.  We did have one bully try to negotiate with us though!
