Carole had a special love of nature and often commented on my photographs of places and things. She was especially fond of butterflies and flowers so while I was thinking of Carole I thought this would be the most fitting Speechless Sunday I could do. Actually I haven't felt much like blogging since I heard the news and photos for me is the best way to ease back into my routine.
Carole you will be missed around here.

Jennifer - Carole will be missed by many. I think it is wonderful that her daughter Laura will continue on here in the rain for her.
Jennifer - Carole was probably one of the first people that I felt like I 'met' on ActiveRain many years ago when she wrote an article about how she was interviewed as a 'feng shui' expert in New York. She seemed quite tickled by the results from SEO at the time. She will be missed.

Hi Jennifer, I was sitting on the deck the other day and saw this butterfly in the tree. It was there for so long so I thought it was sleeping. I still feel so sad about Carole. I didn't know she liked butterflies.
I don't think that I'll ever look at a butterfly again without thinking of her. Happy thoughts, that we connected. I feel so fortunate to have crossed paths with Carole.
Jennifer, It was a surprise to hear of Carole's death she would stop by my blog and leave comments. I always liked her profile photo. Great triube to her and a great photo.
Somehow, I haven't really gotten over the loss of our very special Carole. It was so rare to know someone like her! Although I had never met her in person, I had managed to feel close to her via ActiveRain. Her passing is a great loss for this community.
