OK, my client is waiting to hear back on the Radon testing.  I explained t her that there is nothing much we can do until the test comes back.  I said not to worry about something you can not control.  If it comes back over the acceptable limit we can always negotiate with the buyers as to who will pay for the cost of the mitigation system.  She has done everything the buyer has asked for in the home inspection and her funds are depleting fast.  How is everone else dealing with Radon in their areas?
