For many years (obviously I won't say exactly how many) I have been wearing the numerous hats of real estate. Some fit a bit more fashionably than others, yet I wore them all proudly and with stern obligation. From listing, to buyer, to developer, to investor, and so forth, I trudged heavily.
I am proud that I was able to offer all excellent service at the expense of my over crowded brain; however, there comes a time when the Jack of all Trades must become a Master of One.
I love the excitement of the first time buyer. I truly adore that moment when they see their HOME for the first time. It is a great thrill to assist an investor in building a profitable portfolio (especially in a challenging market). Of course there is that phone call or visit to the heart-heavy seller who has just about lost hope, when you say, SOLD. And remiss I would be if I didn't boldly admit the creative high gained from watching one home turn into a thriving community in record time.
So what is a girl to do?
Last week, I welcomed a bright, young, driven, and thankfully patient woman to join my team.
She has proved to be a tremendous asset and a breath of fresh air. Many days she reminds me of the reason I began this journey in the first place.
Her professionalism, compassion, commitment, and determination will allow my growing client base to experience the very same service they have grown to expect.
Please join me in welcoming Tory Baisden, Buyers Agent!
