Almost everyone in their real estate career has had to lower the price on a listing. Perhaps it was because the seller didn't want to be outlandishing overpriced so you could still create interest so took the listing, or perhaps the market shifted, or the house wasn't mainstream so the market had to be tested.

Whatever the reason, more often than not you'll have had that conversation where the seller feels he/she is losing money because they see the asking price go down.

And the answer is simple, making this post fairly short:

Mr./Miss/Mrs. seller you can't lose what you never had to begin with.
