Let me say right up front that this is a humbling experience. Really. Walker County covers most of the North end of Lake Livingston, the Trinity River and Huntsville, Texas. This area has been truly blessed with much beauty and a passel of FANTASTIC REALTORS! The Agencies and the Agents are all PROUD to be selling what we call "The Undiscovered Secret of Texas". 

What makes a great Realtor?

Certainly not perfection. There is no such thing. My feeling on this is that if you actually try, try, try and do your best for your clients that even if you are unsuccessful ... you are not a failure.

If you do your best and put your right foot forward, remain honest and sincere and place your clients needs first and foremost, truly work to do the right thing even if it means losing a commission then ...

...YOU are one of the BEST.

We've all heard that Real Estate Agents are all in it for themselves and we are not to be trusted....right? I believe that the face of our business has changed drastically.

THERE IS NOTHING EASY ABOUT BEING A REALTOR.

I, personally, have had peeps hopping mad at me. I probably deserved it. I have felt that I dropped a ball and could have done better for my clients. I don't like that feeling. I'm sure we have all experienced that.

The hope and desire of most all Realtors is that we leave a good enough impression to have our clients/customers speak highly of us.

Somehow, after a three month long voting period in Huntsville, Texas the townspeople (PEEPS) voted our little Agency READERS CHOICE, "BEST REAL ESTATE AGENCY 2010, WALKER COUNTY".

WOW. Thank you so much Huntsville! Thank you. And, ME the Best Realtor??? Double wow. I can list 20 agents right off the bat that deserved that title and I admire them all.
