We all have to have fun once in a while. If you are in the Real Estate business then you don't need an explanation about the term "short sale". Nothing short about it.

As we all know, SHORT SALES can and usually will take weeks and months.

Like being "ALMOST DONE" or "NEAR DEATH"

A "LITTLE BIT PREGNANT"

Buy today! "JUMBO SHRIMP"

"ACCURATE ESTIMATE"

"ARMY INTELLIGENCE" ... don't take this personally as my son is in the Army and he laughs about it.

"CIVIL WAR"

"CLASSIC NEW HOMES" like mother like daughter

"DUMB WAITER"struck by Alan May

"FIRM ESTIMATE"

"LARGER HALF"

"POOR RICH KID"

"PAST PREDICTION"

"RELATIVE STRANGER"

"SPEED LIMIT"

"TAX RETURN"

"AWFULLY NICE"

"SURE BET"

"TOLL FREE"

"VIRTUAL REALITY" (LOL)

"RESIDENT ALIEN"

"PRETTY Ugly"

Like Mother Like daughter........

"ALONE TOGETHER"

and I just left a comment and used the term "GOOD GRIEF" and then laughed at myself.

I was trying for a funny post!

This is a "NEAR MISS"!

Can you think of any others? They make me laugh!

This 'Aging Yuppie' had fun reading your post. I was lucky to close a few 'short sales' but they are such 'benign tumors'. Once closed I celebrated with 'low-fat,diet ice cream' and felt I had so much 'extra time'. The next one I'll go in to it 'with my eyes wide shut'!
