42 Comments on Five Ways to Upgrade and Put the "Bam" In Your Real Estate Facebook Fan Page(Part I)
Mark- If you already have the code all you need to do is copy and then paste it into the box.
Mark- Well done.
Michael- Facebook Fan Pages have had great success with businesses also when they launch campaigns, contests, and special promotions so keep that in mind.
Bottom line is we can't make any assumptions that people will visit your main hub, you have to launch strategic marketing campaigns- set goals for ROI and then measure and analyze. Be in the places where eyeballs and warm bodies go and one of those places is Facebook. It would be a shame to miss out on business cause you weren't where people go.
Back to Mark- You can create buttons using the socialfollow.com or addthis.com or mysocialbuttons.com.
Judi- Thank you for always being such a great reader of my blog. Now to the tab name, you have to name the tab or it will say boxes. The static fbml application also allows you to add a box, so you do not want to select that option, just the tab option for now.
See the 4th and 6th snapshots in this blog post.
Rebecca, I think I didn't phrase that well. How do I create what I want and then where do I find the code? Say for instance I wanted a cool header like your running on the top of this page. I know how to create it in a variety of formats. But I don't know how to get or create the code. That make sense?
Mark- No problem...so an easy way to find html code is to right click your mouse and then go "View Source"....you can paste the code in notepad or Google Docs. It won't always translate the exact same so you will want to edit once you preview on Facebook appropriately.
Nuvu.com is also an HTML editing tool.
Thanks Lass! xoxox
Mark- Haha thanks your photos are great:)

Well, I tried, but I'm not doing too well. Maybe I should try again when I don't have jetlag!
I added the tab, but it still says FBML and I can't seem to change the name of it.
Hi Beth- When you get your box you have to name it and save that change. Please see the 3rd illustration in this post.
