Well, I have heard this phrase a few times and found out that there is something to this phrase that makes a lot of sense. Just image you are not taught to walk as a baby, but because of the constant falls, bruises, bloody noses,bruised knees and elbows that eventually you end up walking, how many times did you fall as a baby, does it matter when you are able to walk? You fogot about all the failures you had, and then you are walking and running...the miracle of failure... the same with real estate...
