The Love Boat comes to Homer Alaska!
The first cruise shop hit the Homer Harbor today!
It was great to see the impressive Amsterdam dock at our port!
The people came and traveled thru Homer all day.... Too bad we are still in the brown dusty stage of Spring!
But still they seemed to enjoy themselves... and we enjoyed welcoming them to our Cosmic Hamlet by the Sea!
Homer Welcomes the Holland American Cruise Shops and the People Who Rode in on the Amsterdam!

It's a beautiful scene with the mountains behind the cruise ship. I'll bet you are glad to see them return.

I don't often think of cruise ships in front of snow-covered mountains, but it looks like a place where I would take a LOT of photos.
We were singing that song all day yesterday! Fun to see all the people... we dont ususally get cruises but this year are going to get 9! I am thinking lemonade stand! thank you all so much for stopping by....
