 Seller Agent:  Charlie and Kathy will provide you with a preliminary current market analysis.  We will refine this analysis after we have had the opportunity to preview your home.  After we meet with you on the listing appointment, we will provide you with our recommendations for the proper staging of the home.  After we list your home, we will complete a Visual (Virtual) Tour which will be advertised on multiple web sites. We will explain our marketing which is exclusively Internet exposure, where over 80% of home buyers begin their search. We will advertise you property on the Prescott Area MLS, as well as the Scottsdale MLS (providing exposure of your property to all of the Phoenix Area REALTORS), along with multiple web sites, including http://www.craigslist.com/ and http://www.activerain.com/.  We will communicate with you on a weekly basis, apprising you of the market activity on your property as well as providing current market conditions in your neighborhood.
