Medical School Coming to FAU Boca Raton Campus

The Governor of Florida, Charlie Crist has signed a bill that allows Florida Atlantic University to open its own medical school.  The school would have as many as 64 students per class and the in state tuition would be $24,000.  This would be the sixth medical school in the State of Florida and a great boost to the Boca Raton area. The first class should begin in the fall of 2011.
