We are all looking for that competitive edge that makes us stand out in our farm.  I have a multitude of tools that I use, but I am going to focus on one that I use in my listing presentations and is a must have if you are trying to capture the market share in a geographic area.

This is the normal sign.  Listing Light Dark

This is the Listing Light Sign.Listing Light

As you can see it is as simple as giving you 150 more signage hours per month.  For those of us that farm, branding is huge.  This makes people take notice of your sign, and is going to be a MUST HAVE in the future.

There are multiple options out there for sign lights, but after a lot of testing I found this one to be the best for a lot of reasons:  First - They are the brightest.  You can adjust the arms to make sure you are getting maximum exposure.  It has an option for either a 3 hour or 5 hour run time, and is photo cell operated to coincide with sun-down.

They also come with listing locks that prevent your sign from being stolen and a bonus of the locks is when the wind blows - your sign barely moves.

The company is another reason to get on board.  They are very progressive and constantly looking to improve their product.

They cost about $50 - so you can see the ROI is almost immediate.   I was the first in my area to employ a ListingLight and other Realtors are now playing catchup.

Adam - thanks for the insight on this. I think I am going to invest in this. I don't see anyone using this tool in my area.

No Prob. They currently have an excellent sale right now.  If you are the first in your area - send out a campaign to advertise you are on the cutting edge.

Bob is the owner of ListingLight.  Give them a call and you will see what I am talking about.

Nobody is doing this around WA, and I can see what it does for branding just based on your pictures.  I wish I had some signs to hang them on and I would be on board immediately.  Most of my signs are too large and sit on vacant pieces of property, no electricity.

But fantastic insight, cutting edge is always good.
