Paul & Michelle - Thanks for the compliment.  There is so much info available, when you start digging for it, it''s hard to keep it brief, let alone interesting.

Paula - Yes, we are extremely lucky.  These jobs are coming from other areas that have been shut down by BRAC - we're very fortunate to be on the receiving end!

Thesa - Consumers don't seem to "get" the impact of this yet.  I think that folks who are savvy enough to choose this area in the next few years stand to make a good profit as supply and demand kicks in.
