For those of you interested in new developments one is coming to Portola Hills. This has been in the works for quite a long time and approved via the city of Lake Forest in 2008. With the real estate market collapse there has been a delay but with a slight improvement, things are beginning to rumble again about the new development.
Briefly the developers are beginning to restart their environmental documents that should take 12 months to complete and review with the city and community. Antcipated construction to begin in 18 months, of course the Real Estate Market will play a key role as to whether this is pushed up or back.
