Encouraging news from Seattle, WA.

By
Industry Observer with Responsive Pest Control

Good morning again! I was heartened the other day to read on msn.com that Seattle, WA. was predicted to be the #2 city in the nation to prosper over the next ten years. The reasons given were as follows:

1) a steady and stable work force (think Microsoft and Boeing, for example).

2) High wages and good benefits coupled with good schools

3) A beautiful area. Yes, it rains here a bit but, if you're at all into the outdoors, it's a nature lover's paradise.

4) House values have depreciated so things are affordable again.

I agree with all of the above sentiments even though I'm an Eastern Washington boy at heart and will never get used to the weather here. For those of you already living here or contemplating a move to the  Seattle, WA. area, you'll find an extremely accessible and friendly environment. Feel free to contact me if you need more information. Thanks for reading!

Hi Paul, I live (and sell real estate) at the other end of the state in the original Vancouver.  Our area (PNW) is so uniquely positioned and especially in Clark County, so affordable, that I have great confidence of prosperity returning.

Lynn: I think you're right. The bottom line is people love to move and stay here!

Deborah: It's too bad you can't make it up here again. Come to think of it, The Legacy Group is always looking for great loan officers! Take care.
