Good Customer Service from MobileRealEstateID.com...Photo and Text Retrieval on Listings...Seth Kaplan at Mobile Real Estate ID just gave great service again to this Southern Maryland Realtor. They have a product that you can see demonstrated on www.mobilerealestateid.com that caught my fancy. It is a text message and photo retrieval system for your listings. Now I have to really be intrigued by it because all the RE/MAX 100 agents have a FREE www.VoicePad.com system to do the same concept via voice. But I am a visual learner and I like to see photos so I still want this product. Anyway, Seth took care of getting me more signs for a bunch of new listings I have hitting the market next week in Southern Maryland. He also explained and converted me to the NEW pricing plan which is $99 per year for unlimited listings. Yep, you read that correctly. Plus, it is way cool. Go check out the demo on the website. Good Customer Service from MobileRealEstateID.com...Photo and Text Retrieval on Listings...I forgot to mention, I also set up my Dad's Garage business on there. They converted me to the unlimited plan plus sent signs plus took care of Dad. Yep, I got great service from this company which you would figure has to be the case to go from FREE to pay. Oh, I when I got swamped adding all the garages, they chipped in and helped. GOOD SERVICE= www.MOBILEREALESTATEID.com. I'll have to post the number and code on this post when I put all my new listings in shortly. That will be fun. Anyway, time for this Southern Maryland Realtor to get on the run again.

BEWARE of signing up with MobileRealEstateID.com. They do have a great product....but as of right now, the web page they use to obtain credit card information is NOT ENCRYPTED. It doesnt have the "HTTPS" at the top in the addressbar. This means its wide open for ID & Credit Card theft.
I signed up for their service, and by that afternoon my bank calls me to let me know there were fraudulent charges on my account. Keep in mind I hadnt used that card to buy anything in at least a month. The charges were from 3 different states I didnt live in or even close to, that immediately triggered the bank fraud detection. And no one but me has access to that card. I checked and sure enough MobileRealEstateID.com's enter your credit card info page is NOT ENCRYPTED. Stupid Me!
Luckily I was able to get the card canceled and charges reversed. I still have their service tho at least till it runs out. I wont ever give them my credit card info again!!
If you sign up with them BEWARE of Credit Card theft!!!
Dont believe me, check for yourself on their website. They want all your info...UNENCRYPTED... DONT DO IT!!!!
