So, you saw the title of this blog and you're thinking, "How dare he?!" Calm down. While I always speak my mind I wouldn't go around saying what you're probably thinking. Most of us know of the old F word, have heard the F bomb, etc, etc. Well, in case you have lived in a cave for the past 3 years I am suggesting the new F word actually means Foreclosure. Because there are so many of these I think it might even be acceptable or pc to say FU (for Foreclosure You) of course.
As we all stay educated and on the top of our game, hopefully the short sales we are completing for our sellers, friends, neighbors and co-workers are helping them avoid the new F word.
Bottom line--stay educated and help people avoid the new F word. Otherwise we'll always be in this big (insert expletive here) mess.
