Manners Matter, they really do. Some days your blog article is served right up to you...like today.
I read Amanda Hall's post about bad manners in a transaction and I sympathized with her. I think her good manners and professionalism will prevail. Here is a great example;
Today, I got a phone call from a Prudential agent. She told me we had never worked together, but she held a Broker's Open House about 5 years ago and I attended it. Later, I wrote her "the nicest e-mail" she had ever received. She has never forgotten that e-mail (though I have) and she is excited about finally working with me.
She is showing 270 N. Starling Way in Anaheim Hills today. Wouldn't it be great if manners matter and we could put somthing together?
I just read Inna's blog about manners in The Rain. Yep, Manners Matter! If you make a habit of demonstrating good manners, it will come back and give you a big sloppy kiss later!
