Rain Rain Rain--literally

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Homepointe

A friendly reminder to keep adjusting those sprinkler timers and check the pool levels as our community continues to see lots of rain accumulation.  Especially those communities that have metered water--running those sprinklers and filling those pools is an unnecessary expense.  Good managers are watching out for these weather related issues and more as they show their vacant properties.  Yes!  We do more than collect the rent!

Mykel:  in all the hustling we do we must remember the simple things matter too.

Wallace:  Pools are part of the California dream--though they take some additional initial set up they are excellent rental proeprties...I do admire the open land idea of the South and Mid West.
