Hey, what kind of Transaction is this?

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Preferred Properties

I don't know about you but transactions for the last two years have been like ths stock market --- a bear--.  Delayed settlements, dry settlements, NO settlements.  I am going to settlement tomorrow on the 28th day of a 203k transaction.  Talk about a train. Gene Frazier with PrimeLending got it done.  Oh don't get it twisted, we lined up the inspection, appraisal and contractor but with other lenders and the same precision it would take 45 - 90 days.  KACHING not to mention a happy client.  Can you hear the MOOOOOO

You're post is great! Especially since you are giving praises to you Loan officer. You're right about most lenders taking 45 - 90 days on a K loan. We're closing one on Wednesday May 25th, 2011 and the selling agent didn't get involved with any of the inspections, appraisal or contractor. That's my job :)  YOu should post more often, you're enthusiasm is awesome.Cheers!
