There are many beautiful places in America for a luxury second home and for those in the Southeast and Midwest, Lake Toxaway is a place to look before deciding. I am looking for a "partners" in major second home communities such as the coastal area of NC and SC, ski resorts of Colorado and Utah and retirement areas such as FL to set up a referral network.
