I Move the Earth for my Clients!

By
Real Estate Agent with Donna Homes, powered by JPAR - TexasRealEstateMediationServices.com 0480809

I move the Earth for my Clients!  Really I do! Many agents say they'll move the earth and do whatever it takes to sell a property, but I literally did move earth...

My sign would not go into the rock ground no matter how much pounding with my sledgehammer I did, so I did some manual labor.  I went and got rocks from all over the lot and stacked them up.

I wiggled it a lot and it seemed very sturdy, so I'm hoping the wind and rain will have no effect on it. Man, some of those rocks were heavy!!

Great post! I always have carried a hammer in my car truck for this reason; especially hear in Colorado sometime the ground freezes!

Thanks for sharing!

The challenges of a Texan Realtor. 4 feet of snow was a tough one for signs this past Winter in Maryland.

Donna, that's a clever idea and we have to be creative when Hercules is not around to help us to put the sign in the ground, right?

Donna,

Perhaps you next investment will be in a jack hammer.  I guess it could be tax deductible.

Steve, I know I know... I got dizzy a couple of times since it was so warm, even first thing in the morning.

David, Good for you!

Richard, We actually have one, but I wouldn't have had a place to plug it in!

Hi Donna,

how's the weather?  Hot you say.  The same can be said in Dallas.  90 degree weather, I was not ready for it.

Yep, we have to carry a sledgehammer with us down here with this Austin chalk limestone soil!  Never know if the rock is 4 feet or 1/4 inch below the top!

Good job!  I was out yesterday trimming shrubs for a seller who's moved out of state and has a big showing coming up this weekend.  All part of the day's work!

Nice job, I hate when my signs won't go in the ground. I also have a fear someday I will drill into someones sewer or gas line.
