Springtime weather continues to create havoc in Denver.

The Denver Metro area has experienced very strange Spring weather. A couple of weeks ago, my tulips and lilacs were buried in snow.  Fortunately they recovered thanks to several days of sunshine and warmer temperatures.

Even my lilacs managed to survive.

On Wednesday of this week, a large hail storm hit parts of Metro Denver, causing extensive flight cancellations at DIA and a large amount of hair damage. Golf ball size hail slammed into homes, windows and neighborhood yards.

It is time for Ms. Spring to settle down and let summer gently glide in.

Emelyn - We actually had snow up at Tahoe last evening.  But, we've been promised really nice weather for the holiday weekend.  Your flower photos are gorgeous!
