Spokane's South Hill is filled with little shops and places to grab a cup of Joe, but one I particularly like is Forza Coffee Shop. I managed one of the busiest Starbucks in Seattle prior to getting into real estate 8 years ago, so I am fairly familiar with what it takes to be a good coffee shop.

The first thing I like is that the owner is many times there. This makes a huge difference because the pride of ownership is apparent. It has a great atmosphere and the drinks are excellent. I love the White Chocolate Frapachino type drink. It is very smooth without the little bitterness that the Starbucks Fraps have.

There is also a conference room you can rent out or use for free if no one is using it. You also get free WiFi. The staff is great and attentive, and compared to many places around there, it is a difference you can feel.

Check them out. I like it so much I am going to do a promotion where people who buy or sell a home with me will get free drinks from there for a year*.
