Decline in showings since expiration of homebuyer's tax credit?

By
Real Estate Agent with Newstream Realty

Have many of you seen a significant decline in showings since the expiration of the tax credit?

Some of my listings have continued to show, but others have almost come to a hault entirely!

I'm in the Fort Worth, TX market.

Most of our showings now are for buyers looking for winter homes at bargain prices.

Megan, I'm in the same market as you and I think that things have definitely slowed down a bit.  At least a little.  I'd be interested in seeing more comments to you query!

Thanks, Kent! It seems as though the other comments are coming from agents outside DFW, so it's hard to compare apples to oranges. Good to know you're experiencing similar situations. Thanks for your comments!
