I know that some buyers care about quality finishings while others are satisfied with a big box. It takes all kinds.
The trend seems to be downsize with higher quality. Of course you still have the growing families out there that need room more than quality. I'm an empty nester so I have downsized from the family ranch to the modest size golf course home and the mini van to the Porsche.
Bill, as always you make a good point, my customers who search just by price may be missing superior quality for not opening up the search criteria a little more.
Very true William, I couldn't agree more. Just like in most things in life, quality comes at a premium.
There are no two homes alike. Quality the builder used and if a previouly owned one...normal maint.
I hear this a lot in many developements. I hear it also when comparing any kind of a mudular or as I call then Trailer House.
Bill...there may be simalar...but not totally alike. If you watch the entire project you would see the difference.
