Sales Statistics for SAINT JOHNS County FL

The St. Johns County Board of REALTORS supplies us with monthly statistics from REALIST. Below is the latest report showing the sales of homes in St. Augustine.

It appears that the number of Single Family Residential sales in April has increased from those in the previous month as well April of last year, however, the Median Sale price has decreased.

The condominium market has also seen an increase in sales with a slight increase in Median Sale price from the previous month.
