When we bought our first house, we were looking for something that had an unkempt yard, something without the curb appeal, something where my other half could do some gardening. I also found out that he firmly believed that if the outside was unkempt, then the inside would be livable since that's obviously where the owners spent all their time. That doesn’t always work, but I have learned that what you see on the outside isn’t always what you get on the inside. For example, one of the houses in my neighborhood that I walk by often has this door mat on the front porch: One might think that the owner has at least one dog. Nope. The owner has three cats: If you haven't yet started walking your neighborhood to meet your neighbors, you might try it. Let them know where you live and that you're a Realtor. And remember to take a cameraa, even if it's a little pocket camera. ♫♪♫♫♪♫ If you're looking for a great San Diego Realtor, well, I'm available 24/7, so feel free to contact me by phone or email. As you have seen from David's photography....better to come from the "know what you don't know" school...and we know that we don't know picture taking.....good meeting you live and in person !
Cute kitties - and ever so nice of the black cat to pose n the white sidewalk so you could get a good picture. My sweet little Lucy is all black and she is very hard to photograph.
Jim, perhaps it wasn't an accident having the dog doormat. Our two cats love to dull their claws on our front and rear doormats. Perhaps it is another case of those crafty cats always being one step ahead of the dogs!
Jim....Very cute pictures. I guess you have just validated the saying "you can't judge a book by its cover"!
Jim, That's pretty funny having a welcome dog mat with three cats to greet you at the front door!
Hey, Everyone - Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment.
I'm trying to catch up on all my blog posts since I've been neglecting them, for good cause, though, since I've been busy.
Since this post is old, I won't respond to each and every comment like so many people do. Rather, I'll read through all the comments and respond to any that have questions or otherwise need a response.
I'll also be by your blog soon to return the favor by reading your posts and leaving comments, too. Do unto others as they have already done unto you. lol
Again, thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment. Make it a great day, a great week, a great month, and finish out 2010 on a natural high!
All 3 of those cats are gorgeous! Great shots! And I walk 4-5 miles, all around our neighborhood. But I do it in the middle of the night =P I love the dark, the quiet, and being alone to think and pray =) (I can't go in the sun) But I do drive around and take pictures and say hello during the day sometimes =)
