Yesterday, I posted on widgets. This is a new listing in Ann Arbor, MI on 3008 Green Valley Dr. It is a fabulous home with 4 bedrooms, partially finished basement, 2.5 baths. It is close to World Wide Soccer in Ann Arbor and the Hockey Arena, where the USA Hockey players play. Convenient to I 94 and shopping at Oak Valley Shopping Center.

It is priced at 289,900. This is the house I told you about from the seller who found me on my Activerain blog and had been reading. My first listing as a result of the Activerain blog.

In answer to many questions on activerain.....Does blogging bring me business ? YES, here is the proof.

I just started with realestateshow.com and I love it too. Jeff Turner did a tutorial on how to embed the links on activerain. It was fabulous and I learned so much, he made it so simple. I'm willing to help you with either.

John, I like them both. RealEstateShows is easy and I can upload to realtor dot com free, because I use enhanced listings. No more paying for VT's, I can do them myself. Even on my smaller homes.

I love flyer because of the brochures and the syndication to other web sites and the widgets.

Both have a place and I use them in different places for different things.

What a lovely home and presented so well with your description, vflyer and realestate show. All of us have something to learn from you. Your client must be thrilled with the way you presented their home. Thanks

Congratulations on your first listing from Active Rain! We just got a referral from Matthew Blum on Active Rain for a listing that is almost wrapped up. Sally, I've already had 4 showings, Allyssa is improving. The cathether came out yesterday.

Missy.....this turned out great. It's amazing what technology has brought us just in the last few years, able to show homes in a whole new perspective. Making it easier for those to view the house without first setting up an appointment. Good job.
