Falcon Pointe is one of the largest communities in Hunters Creek and features 165 home sites. Residents of this beautiful community have access to two large lakes, a fishing area, boating docks, three small ponds and several acres of lush landscape and green space. Residents of Falcon Point can enroll their kids in Endeavor Elementary School, Hunters Creek Middle School and Cypress Creek High School. They also enjoy easy access to the Central Florida Greenway and Florida 417, and the Florida Turnpike, which all connect to Interstate 4. The Village at Hunter's Creek, a semi-upscale retail, dining and entertainment district, is located across the street off Town Center Boulevard.
