Making people think

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams of Northern Colorado

We in this business are put in a position to make people think.

They come to us and want to buy or sell their home. Sometimes I have to say, and why ? I listen to their reasons and it is beyond me.

I have sold a home that I listed and the owner did not want to sell. I knew this and had, three times tried to talk her out of selling.

We listed I sold, under contract and they would not back out. She cried , I felt terrible, but I was hired to do a job and did it.

When folks, especially first time home buyers are buying I try to tell them , you have to keep enough money for life, the unexpected always happen. No matter how well you plan. It does not always go the way you think it will.

Life is a surprise, be ready for it!

Hi had a seller who was very impulsive and was always wanting to see at the wrong time.  I had to keep her from going down that road.  Luckily, I was successful at selling her place later.  You gotta' do the right thing.  That's what make this business interesting.
