How To Brand Yourself an Expert and Build a Six-Figure Real Estate Business
It's not very often that I get to Host an event with a TV Celebrity Star, in fact I can honestly say that I never have. So if you sense a bit of excitement from me in this post, or a tad of elation here, well then Gosh Darn-it, it's because I am TOTALLY STOKED about sharing this announcement!! I'm truly honored to share a very special guest we have coming to ActiveRain and ARU this week. Now I must admit right out the gate, I have watched the program in the past, but was never really a fan until these last couple of seasons where I actually knew some of the people who were on the show or interviewing and auditioning to "Get Hired!"
This Thursday I am so excited to announce that we have Kendra Todd coming to ARU. The Winner of NBC's hit series "The Apprentice" with Donald Trump as the host, who has pretty much coined the phrase, "YOU'RE FIRED!" Well not for Kendra, she was all but fired, she was announced the WINNER of the entire show and the first female to ever do it! What better person than Kendra to come talk, teach, and share How to brand yourself and expert and build a six-figure Real Estate Business?
I had the pleasure of meeting Kendra in person as one of our guests at RainCamp Bellingham, WA. She's a very intelligent and classy lady who really knows her stuff. Brad, you are doing a great job keeping the spot light firmly planted on this real estate blog platform, it would be easy to sit back and let things run there course. It is much harder keeping on top of the newest coming attractions...thanks for being one of the front men for our overall benefit.

Pretty neat stuff. How do I get on the show? It could sky rocket the career for the right person. The strong will survive this down market. Find your niche. Have more than one and use it for leverage.

That was great Brad! Thanks for bringing that wonderful video clip! I loved it! And that's really how I think of myself. I think of myself as an entrepreneur versus just being a real estate agent. And oh by the way, I sell real estate. Nice to know I'm right on track with what Kendra said! = )

I didn't realize that Kendra was going to be at the Bellingham RainCamp. I would have made the 5 minute drive across town if I knew that she was going to be there. I just couldn't bring myself to listen to KW fodder for 8 hours.

What an awesome class today!! Based on your surveys, comments, and the dozens of emails I'm receiving... I promise to make every effort to have Kendra back again and very soon. She's a very classy, intelligent, and motivational lady and we were honored to have her teaching and sharing her "tips and secrets to success" with us today. I'm still floating in the clouds from this one!!

These webinars are nice but it's too bad they're not recorded for later access. Frankly as a busy real estate agent, I'm out WORKING during the day and am often away from my computer. Missed out on some good Tomato university classes too...because, damn, I had a walk through and closing to attend.
I might as well give up - every time I've tried to attend these things, CLIENTS NEEDS have interfered.
Susan--I share your dilemma but, after all, that's why we're all here--to learn how to build our businesses so that we're OUT with clients during the day! One thing is for certain, I'm blessed and thankful to be out with clients and wouldn't have it any other way.
Brad--I too, missed this! Is there any way to get a copy of the video? I'm missing many of the best ones you're putting on and just hate to have missed this one, for sure!
