An Odd Sort From Nature

By
Real Estate Agent with Liberty Homes RS-#62825

While walking my doggie Shadow yesterday evening, I snapped this picture of a somewhat odd tree. Instead of round all the way around it had an indentation up one side.

And, in this indentation there were other branches that were sprouting new limbs from a former sprout that had sprouted but trimmed to make way for new sprouts.

I do believe it's a Monday........nope, it's a Tuesday.

Maybe it's not so odd after all!

I do need another cup of coffee quick!

It sort of looks like something else grew in between the trunks.

Sally - I can see eyes and a snout coming out of the lower center part of that photo!  Like the spirit of some little creature trying to emerge from the tree's trunk!  The tree tells me it likes sharing and sheltering that entity:-)

Sally, hard to tell if it's animal or tree!  It is right funny looking, however.

Sally that is unusual.  It pays to have your camera handy.  Hope you got to have that cup of coffee.

Hi Sally - Did you ever read the Hobbit trilogy?  Maybe that tree is an Ent.  Ents have faces and can walk around, so watch out that it doesn't follow you.  :)

Sally - now that is impressive; it is amazing the things we can find in Mother Nature!

That's such a beautiful representation of nature - and all of us. We can find new growth from what seems to be catastrophy. This is also such a timely metephor for all of us in this economy and in the real estate business. On another note, Hawaii has such awesome natural gems. I tend to think a lot of the beautiful giant Banyan tree in Lahaina that takes up almost an entire block - one of the coolest things I've seen in HI. ;-)
