2010 ALABASTER CITYFEST
FREE FAMILY FESTIVAL!
Saturday, June 5th
What better way to kick off your Summer than with a FREE day of fun for the whole family? Alabaster's CityFest is the place to be! There will be concerts, arts & crafts, activities for the kids, food and fun for all ages!
This year TRAVIS TRITT will be the entertainment headliner and will be appearing on the Main Stage at 9 PM. Travis has enjoyed great success with over 30 singles on the U.S. Billboard charts, with 5 hits making it to #1! Also playing on the main stage are Eve 6 and Vallejo, BHM and 2BLU. Artists will be performing throughout the day....on the Day Stage will be Sanchez Tannehill, Kids First Choir, Kingwood Band, The M-80s, Pure Accident, Bearhead and Side Car. Kids will have all kinds of fun stuff to keep them busy at KidFest. There will be inflatables, painting, drum circle, demos of radio-controlled airplanes......and Dog Shows are scheduled for 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM.
Parking for Alabaster CityFest is free, with shuttles running from the designated parking areas beginning at 8:45 AM until the event is over. Parking areas are located at Thompson High School, Warrior Park, Thompson High School Football Stadium and Publix Supermarket (filling up in that order).
Do not bring dogs or coolers (these are prohibited by city ordinance).
Do bring lawn chairs and claim you spot! You may also bring umbrellas for shade but these must come down during the concerts.
An ATM will be provided by Regions Bank.
