Our holidays always produce extra showings since out of towners are in town. Go ahead, call my market unusual again :grin:
Does your selling season usually drop off at the end of may or does it stay strong until the young 'uns get in school?
Renee, Usually drops off until graduation parties are over. Then picks up until the last couple of weeks at the end of August. People getting ready for school and other fun things.
"UNUSUAL"
