I usually ask for everything on behalf of my buyers but pinpoint the deal breakers. I used to work with another agent who used to get annoyed when her buyers wanted too much and she will tell them, "The Seller Is Not Your Daddy!!!" I thought that was cute but have never told my buyers this but have wanted to some times!
I dont remember when this was such a buyers market. Although some sellers are just tapped out. Many homes are in need of work. Good idea to get a home inspection too!
They all need home inspections. I will ask for everything that is listed there, the sellers has the choice to pay or not to pay.
I agree with all of you that the buyer decides and that inspections are very important. Thank you for your comments!
You're absolutely right! All home needs and inspection and the upkeep after the purchase!
